Enter the NUPAV website to log in
Select the reset password button
Click on the link sent to your email
Enter your new password
Log in to the platform
For a successfull password recovery follow the recomendations below.
Make sure to enter the correct email address with which you are registered on our platform, otherwise it will not be possible to perform your password recovery
You must have access to your personal email to receive the recovery link
Always check your inbox and spam folders
Step 1
Enter the NUPAV website to log in as an user
Then click on the button below Reset Password
Step 2
In the following box message, enter your user email address to receive the reset link
Then, click the button below Reset password
Step 3
In this stage, a link has sent to your email address
Please go and check your inbox where you will find the link to reset and recovery
Click Close
Step 4
You must receive a link like the one below in your email inbox folder
Click on it to redirect to out platform
Step 5
To finish, enter your new password and click Save
Step 6
Password recovery has been successfully changed
Congratulations, you can now log inwith your new password
